holiday cheer!!
To a typical kid, Christmas means nothing more than Ho Ho Ho's and presents, but of course since i am older than my 2 younger sisters, I understand what christmas really means. Usually on Christmas, santa spoils me with presents and gifts, but this year me and my 9-year-old sister decided on 2 Things that we truly want. Most of the time, my gifts are usually a secret between-me-and-santa thing, but since this is my first year of blogging, I decided to start a tradition on telling my future followers what I want for christmas and this year it happens to be.... well..... um...... maybe it'll be easier to tell you the whole story:
One day sometime in the summer my sister and I were fighting [once again] on our bunk beds. Lots of youngsters know this if they share a room. Anyways, mom called us in to show us these awesome loft beds. They were white and there was a top bunk to sleep on. On the bottom of the loft, there was each a desk and a dresser with a book shelf! When me and my sister returned to our huge room, that didn't seem to huge to us, we got an idea. If we got those loft beds we'd droop a curtain over the door way to our desk area so we'd have our own space! Now me and my sister had a total of 2 bake sales, 6 lemonade stands, and 1 huge yard sale. The total of money raised was $564. 44.
So, now you know the whole story. If we got our beds, we'd have a whole lot of money to spend on other toys, so the process is very winning to both sides! Santa Claus makes 2 loft beds and we get the beds and the leftover money to spend on other toys.
